Hikari Tsushin Group has aggressively and passionately attacked incubation and investment in venture firms. For the past 10 years, Hikari Tsushin and its subsidiaries have invested in many unlisted companies, over eighty of which accomplished issue of IPO (listed below).
Today, SBI-HIKARI P.E Co., Ltd., a joint corporation of SBI Holdings and Hikari Tsushin, invests not only in unlisted companies in Japan but also in those in China, Korea, and the Pacific Rim region. We also provide the companies many diversified incubation services such as introduction of business partners and support for sales activity.
We make the investment in IT and contents/media business a pivot of incubation, providing comprehensive support including supply of risk capital, support of taxation and finance administration, consulting service about IPO, and dispatch of directors.
