Entrance (Exit) Control System
The Hikari Tsushin Group has adopted the entrance key card and monitoring system for the headquarters building, control office and other offices containing customer data. We place all entrance (exit) records under strict control.
Information Security
The Hikari Tsushin Group prevents unauthorized use of external storage to prevent data from being removed.
Call Recording System
The Hikari Tsushin Group has introduced a call recording system to nationwide call centers and offices. This system has been used for sales training and complaint response.
Mail Check System
The Hikari Tsushin Group saves and observes all e-mail in the central server to prevent data from being removed and to control information collection. If a problem arises, mail data is used for rapid investigation.
