Solid Sales Structure
Our strength lies in our large customer base, consisting
of approximately 1.3 million corporate clients and about
4 million individual customers. When we release new
products, we can cross-sell to customers in
telecommunications, office automation equipment, and
electricity sectors, accelerating the growth of new
businesses.
Regarding our sales network, around 1,000 agencies are
currently operational, with nearly 20,000 sales staff
members acting as partners. We also possess various
sales channels, including the web, and have the
expertise to swiftly grow new products and businesses.

High Liquidity on Hand
As of the end of March 2024, we hold net cash assets of 774 billion yen with the purpose of being able to deploy funds swiftly when needed for M&A and business expansion. In the past, when electricity trading prices surged and competitors struggled with a sudden increase in working capital, we were able to address the situation with our abundant funds and additionally invest in M&A, thereby expanding our market share.
